I am very disappointed. This is second time i was donating and it makes me not want to go back. My last donation has been cancelled
because family issues and I was told I’ll have my travel refunded. As 30 eggs have been developed and not collected, I am worrying
about a few things which the clinic ignored me about. I called them 5 times and I don’t even get an email back.

Friendly, reassuring and supportive staff. I will be going back to have further treatment. I now have a beautiful baby and hope for
