years it has been much stronger. That was until yesterday when my back decided to go into crisis as I put something in the wardrobe. I
immediately rang Helen and sensing my excruciating pain she managed to squeeze me in. I walked in feeling sick with pain, bent over to
one side and generally unwell. After an hour of amazing cranial osteopathy I left pain free, standing upright and feeling much brighter.
Helen treated my back, digestion, heart and head all of which needed work. Having never been a fan of traditional osteopathy I love that
cranial osteopathy is so much more gentle but clearly just as, if not more effective. I would have no hesitation in recommending Helen
to anyone with back problems!
