and going for walks usually twice a week. I saw several doctors, who gave me really strong pain killers, and anti?inflammatory tablets,
but none of these made any difference.
I booked in with Cosgroves, and saw James Fleming, one of the newer practitioners. James is a
really nice bloke, and in fact all the staff are really pleasant. James has been brilliant, and explains everything as he is working,
but most importantly James has really helped me with my Sciatica. It has taken a few sessions, as was expected, but I am now back to
Badminton, Swimming, and Walking. I cannot thank Cosgroves enough, and especially James for sorting me out. I can definitely recommend
Cosgroves, in fact I already have. Thanks a million Cosgroves.
