Intrusive and irrelevant questions about where I live, where I'd come from, whether I am a renter or homeowner, followed by hurtful
comments about where I live. Then a refusal to give me a hard copy receipt (as well as further questions as to why I needed one) for
which I had specifically asked for before making the booking. I wouldn't recommend this clinic to anyone as stress and anxiety caused
by communication with therapist/manager far outweighed any benefit.
