The Consultation:
I had been to a different company for a consultation before going to
Transform and was really disappointed by the other company as their consultation felt impersonal, rushed, money orientated and much more
expensive than I had hoped. I searched the internet and was immediately drawn to Transform due to them being the UK's longest running
cosmetic surgery group running for 35 Years and its easy to see why. I live 19 miles away from the first cosmetic surgery provider I had
my consultation with and travelled by train as I don’t drive, I live 24 miles away from Transform’s nearest clinic travelled by
train to get to my consultation and Transform were kind enough to provide a taxi from the train station to their clinic because of how
far I’d travelled which I thought was incredibly generous of them considering it was only my first consultation and wasn’t
guaranteed to go with them at that time, not only that but instead of just seeing a patient co-ordinator they offered to let me see a
surgeon on the same day as my first consultation to save me from having to travel back on a separate day to see a surgeon. Very
considerate and extremely customer orientated company. Upon arriving for my consultation the staff on reception were polite, friendly
and helpful and I wasn’t kept waiting long. My patient co-ordinator was absolutely lovely I explained to her all about the company
I’d visited first and how I was disappointed with their attitude and prices and when I showed her their quote she was appalled and she
quoted me nearly £1000 under their quote with a lower deposit, free transport to and from the hospital and better guarantee! The
surgeon was very realistic about expectations and provided me with all the relevant information and choices I needed to make an informed
decision.
Pre Op:
When I travelled back over to Transform to have my pre-op I was given the opportunity to speak to my surgeon
again and try on some sample implants in a sports bra again (previous company didn’t even offer to let me do this in consultation and
size wasn’t mentioned it was all money talk). The nurse who carried out my pre op was really nice too.
D-Day:
The driver was
prompt to pick me up, smartly dressed, carried my hospital bags out to the car for me and all the way to the hospital he was making me
laugh and keeping me occupied with conversation, lovely man. He stayed with me until someone came to take me to my room and wished me
all the best, I was taken to my en suite room which was just like a hotel room very comfy and cosy with TV. I was put through a few
medical questionnaires and given my robe, stockings and paper pants and prepped for theatre. When I woke up I was taken back to my room,
made a cup of tea with some biscuits and my evening meal soon followed which was outstanding. Every single person who was involved with
my care was so caring, understanding and utterly wonderful and I honestly couldn’t knock them. Nothing was ever too much to ask I was
made to feel really welcome from start to finish and Transform in general made the whole experience a really positive one.
Aftercare:
Perfect.
To anyone considering surgery of any kind I would recommend Transform highly simply because the people who work at Transform
are very good at their job.
