I walked into the clinic full of apprehension, & left feeling all was right with the world. I was assured by all the staff and received
the very best of treatment & respect. The quality of care was superb and carried out by a professional cardiac team . I highly recommend
this clinic, for all aspects of medical care, from cleanliness to food & friendliness of all the staff.

grateful for the medical outcome, but I am thankful for the people who looked after me. The experience was nothing short of exemplary.

I have experienced syncope (black outs) for a number of years now, both during times of rest and exercise and often feel tired with a
lack of energy. I had been investigated for cardiac problems before but my inherited genetic cardiomyopathy had never been identified or
diagnosed. My Cardiologist at The Peninsula Heart Clinic had the experience and level of clinical insight to investigate my symptoms
properly. I now know what has been causing my symptoms and I now have access to therapy and an onward care plan to help me manage my
condition. Knowing that I have a mild form of Cardiomyopathy explains a lot.

I was very nervous about this procedure, like most people I guess. I was booked in for 8am and didn't sleep the night before. On arrival
I received a warm greeting and got checked in and taken to the day surgery ward where I was the only patient. After a little while a
nurse came in and said my consultant had phoned in with Covid. I was just hoping that my procedure would not be cancelled but I was told
that another consultant could sort me out but not until midday. Thankful that I brought a book but waiting is the hardest part.
Eventually after I had been interrogated about my medical history I had a canal fitted and then Doc Davies appeared who reassured me and
told me he got these things done very quickly. I was taken into the implant suite and a very professional and helpful team got me
prepped for the op. It all happened very quickly, as promised, with just a local anaesthetic and after 35 minutes I was back on the ward
which by now was fully occupied. After about 3 and a half hours of monitoring I was discharged and my wonderful wife picked me up. I
cannot speak highly enough of the friendly care I received. The environment inside PHC is very relaxed and makes you feel at home (well
almost). So I give the place and the people a 5 star rating

Excellent friendly staff who kept me well informed about what was happening, my room was amazing the whole place was exceptionally
clean. Very caring and compassionate people.
