Prostate treatment is embarrassing, undignified and uncomfortable so I was very pleased by the attitude of the staff which was helpful
and supportive. After the procedure they had to pour gallons of saline through which involved very frequent attention for a whole day. I
was impressed by their diligence. Good food and a good menu choice, promptly delivered in courses. Nice clean room with plenty of
space and a nice view. Two negatives were the brief appearance of an undergraduate nurse. OK she has to learn but not on my bill.
Sorry just don't want someone 40 years younger handling my bits. The other was the arrival of some visitors at close to 10pm who had to
find their way from an unattended reception.

From admission to discharge the whole experience was one that went very smoothly in every department. The friendly manner of all the
staff is one i shall remember. Every stage of the procedure was explained in a simple manner giving a calming influence. The after
care, all be it for my 1 night stay was excellent. There was a great deal of care shown to me as a patient and checks were made
regularly to see if i was either ok or just simply required anything. The food was very nice and service was with a smile which is nice
to see. I would like to take this opportunity to thank everyone at Pinehill for making my stay a very pleasant one.
