Shocking service! Saw the consultant on the 7th August 2024. Promised a pre-op at the end of August and a hip replacement in the first
week of September. Got a phone call on the 14th August saying that my op had moved to the 11th November but could not be confirmed.
Asked myself why am I spending £12,630 on this rubbish service. Might as well wait for the fast track route on the NHS as I am seeing
my consultant on the 25th October!
