Have had pain from bulging discs in my lower back for a
few
years and amazed at how fast Martin assessed my history/medical notes without rushing the appointment to treat and
advise/demonstrate daily exercises to reduce pain.
My progress has been quick, with appointments reduced to monthly. Best of all have
returned to my daily exercise classes with no pain and improved flexibility..
Thankfully Martin has advised me on classes to avoid
which aggravate my condition.
