I had not been able to run for five years before going to the Berkshire Physiotherapy Centre and I thought I would never be able to
again. The physios there proved me wrong. I am back to running and loving every minute of it. If anyone was ever in doubt, let me assure
them that physiotherapy works. My old problems are behind me, and I am now with the Berkshire Physios help building up to the London
Marathon in 2010.
