From the first attendance at the open evening for Laser surgery I must admit that the attention to care, comfort and awareness were
always upermost in the staffs attitude to the patient. All steps were explained and the moment the surgeon finished the after care
kicked. I cannot congratulate the team more. People will say. "well you should get that amount of cosseting, when you pay for it". Well
I think they went that bit further. Always a smile and a kind word, nothing to much trouble. Finally the surgeon Mr Illango. He took the
time to explain the full procedure prior to the surgery and spent time to explain healing etc during aftercare.. well done

The treatment I recieved was very professional and caring from my initial assessment appointment right through to my follow up care. I
was only ever seen by the consultant for all appointments and he was available to me for any queries I had between appointments. His
manner/approach was very reassuring and he took the time to explain the proceedure, etc fully and answer all questions that I had. The
hospital was clean and a pleasant environment and all of my appointments were on time. I found the experience to be a positive one and
one that I am glad to have had done - my eye sight is now perfect and I no longer need the contact lenses or glasses that I have
depended on for the past 30yrs.
