I was due to have surgery and on the arrival at the hospital i was informed that the operation has been cancelled as they were unable to
accommodate it. There was an issue that the hospital and the consultant were aware of weeks prior. They had failed to act on this
information and as a result I've spent thousands of pounds on surgery that I haven't had caused me stress and anxiety. Appalling
customer service. If you are considering private health care I would re consider this hospital.

My operation went smoothly. Nurses were very kind and caring as was the physio in getting me onto crutches and exercising to learn to
walk again with the new knee. The only criticism I have was on my release and having to wait for almost an hour to be taken to my
daughters car.
