Feeling quite nervous before walking in that immediately disappeared once in the building, everybody made me feel relaxed. Everything was explained at every stage of the day. Caring and compassionate staff throughout. Consultant and Anaesthetist was excellent.

Admission, pre op info, Operation, after care all excellent. Nothing too much trouble and no rush to get you out again to free a bed.
However the lack of urgency to discharge and provide a sick note ...

However the lack of urgency to discharge and provide a sick note could jeapordise transport arrangement so make sure you ask for these in plenty of time.

The feeling I get each time I go to the main reception is no longer special like it used to be.
Rarely enough reception staff to deal with waiting patient and often over loaded by NHS patients.
