After NHS operation for full knee replacement surgery and in the absence of any community physio, I contacted Jane seeking help to
safely regain mobility. Her response was really quick and the advice and exercises she suggested not only helped with the initial
problems like mounting steps and climbing and decending stairs safely, but the exercises helped greatly with post op stiffness. Because
my other knee is also weak and in need of replacement, her advice on how to protect one knee while still exercising my new knee has
been invaluable. Jane, I can't thank you enough or recommend you more highly.
