I went to the Chiltern Health Centre to be treated by Brian. In September my condition meant limited sleep, unable to sit, difficulty
walking and a tendency to lose balance. I was on heavy duty painkillers becoming more and more like a zombie.
I had the results of my
MRI scan and had an appointment to visit a neuro-surgeon in January 2021.A friend had recommended Brian to me.
He is highly qualified,
experienced, professional & personable. I attended twice weekly and the challenge was undertaken, After about a month to 6 weeks the
terrible pains down to my foot began to ease. By December I began to feel the benefits and ceased all painkillers (except one Ibuprofen
at night).
My condition at the end of this year is such I am sleeping much better (about 5 hours a night, I have no lower leg symptoms
and my balance is no longer a problem. I can walk about 4 miles without a stick. I have used a balancing board daily at home.
I have
been well-impressed with the administration and helpfulness re-appointments and general issues. I have no symptoms that warrant neuro
surgery although I do 'creak' with age anyway.
I would highly recommend this practice and anticipate that I will continue probably
monthly. It is excellent value for money compared to where I live in SW London. Thankyou.
