I had my knee surgery after a fall. The procedure was multiple arthroscopic operation performed by Mr Enrique Saavedra at The Clementine
Churchill Hospital, Sudbury Hill on 24 October 2022. I am totally impressed the manner the consultant and staff treated me with care
from start to finish. I see how human life is cared for in places like this hospital and the dedication from all nurses, like Latta,
Ashmita, Hope and others whose names I cannot recall did so. They give life back to you and unfortunately there are parts of the world
where life is simply taken away. All I say and repay them humbly by just saying a big Thank you and Bless you all.

I was so impressed with all the quality care I received from the receptionist, the man that showed me to my room. The phlebotomist, the
lady in the ECG dept and CT scan. All the brilliant Nurses, special mention to Mellisa,Jaswinder and Fredericka. A massive thanks to Mr
R Farrell( surgeon) and Dr D Vaughan ( anaesthetist) Thankyou all so much

Paid privately for a knee replacement under the BMI Option package for fixed price surgery. Chose the Clementine because of the
surgeon's reputation and expertise in knee replacement (Mr John Hollingdale), the quality of physiotherapy service and the low post
operative infection rates. Also has a hydrotherapy pool on site. Nursing and physiotherapy staff were excellent. With a knee
replacement, the quality of the physio is really important. Admin and financial side of the treatment was less impressive - poor
communication and slow to respond to queries. My Ipod disappeared from my bedside during my stay, and I didn't even get an apology!
