Very disappointed with the facility. This unit was on the same floor as the Ent unit for the NHS. The room was the same as the room I
was in XMas time with an Serious ear infection.(But Cleaner) The heating for the Hospital had not been turned on the excellent staff
provided a fan heater. The bed barely fitted the door when wheeled to theatre. The staff and porter where excellent As was my surgeon
Mr Lau Shame they did not have a more up to date facility.
