I was required to arrive on a Saturday morning at 7:30am with strict instructions not to be late. Reception was deserted, by 8:15 I was
becoming anxious and stopped someone leaving the building who kindly made a phone call and a nurse came and took me to a the Day
Surgery unit. I was placed in a treatment room to wait on a hard chair for 2.5 hrs. The operation itself was painless, efficiently and
successfully carried out. Subsequently, recovery and move to a comfortable room was carried out. Reception and initial accommodation
rather poor but the treatment was superb.
